Bina Elixirs Sdn Bhd is dedicated to reducing our environmental impact associated with managing building and facilities management services, and adhering to the Environmental Quality Act 1974. We aim to create a better environment by promoting sustainable business practices through the services we offer and the people who provide them.
To protect the environment, we will continue to develop, implement and maintain an integrated environmental management system. Our management system aims to reduce waste, minimise energy and materials consumption through the use of sustainable technologies, and increase employee awareness of their role in achieving our goals through effective training and communication.
We encourage our suppliers to adopt similar practices and values, and we use these practices as part of our selection criteria for new suppliers where appropriate. Our commitment to sustainability and environmental management not only ensures compliance with legal requirements but also demonstrates our ethical values and our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint through better energy and waste management.
Responsibility for implementing our environmental management system is assigned throughout the management chain. A competent team led by the Managing Director ensures that the management system is reviewed for effectiveness, updated for improvement, and audited for compliance.
